DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our blockchain infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of availability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes, optimize performance, and effectively manage blockchain nodes and services. Additionally, you will support developers in building and integrating tools that enhance the development workflow, facilitating a smoother and more efficient development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools along with automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.

• Continuously monitor services, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure reliability.

• Develop and enforce security protocols for blockchain applications and infrastructure, including vulnerability assessments and incident response strategies.

• Participate in system architecture discussions, ensuring adherence to industry-standard practices.

• Maintain up-to-date software dependencies and manage version upgrades in accordance with industry changes.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.

• Availability to work on-site at our Bangkok office in Sukhumvit (BTS On Nut).

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and GitHub pipelines.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

• Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation and tool development.

  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with blockchain technology.

• Experience with Ethereum node clients.

• Proficient in using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

• Proficiency and certification in Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated experience using configuration management tools, including Ansible.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
